Monitor and troubleshoot a connection

Read a connection's state and error log, suspend it, resume it, change its address or update the PrestaShop module.

Each connection has its own page, opened from the Connectors menu. There you follow its state, read its log and fix problems.

The connection’s tabs

Overview, Source, Publishing, Log and Settings. The overview sums up what the connection does: the catalog it feeds, the channels that publish to it, the last synchronization and the points To fix.

The states

  • Connected: the link holds and the connection is being used for something.
  • Broken: the platform no longer responds, refuses the credentials, or the last synchronization failed. Publishing is stopped.
  • Suspended: you have frozen the connection.
  • No usage: the connection feeds no source and no channel publishes to it.

The log

The Log tab groups errors by category: Sync, Publishing, Configuration, Authentication, Technical. Each entry explains the cause and suggests an action, for example Edit credentials or Update the module. Once the problem is fixed, click Mark as resolved.

Common errors:

  • “Access refused by the shop”: the credentials have been revoked. Update them.
  • “Products refused: missing name”: no field of the channel fills in the product’s name.
  • “No publishable sheet”: generate or validate the product pages before publishing.
  • “Shop overloaded”: the store asks to slow down. Sending resumes on its own.

Act on the connection

  • Suspend freezes synchronizations and publishing. The credentials are kept: Resume restarts everything without re-entering them.
  • Disconnect deletes the credentials and stops synchronization. The source and imported products are kept, but the linked channels lose their destination.
  • Change the address is for when the store changes domain. The source, the products and the history stay attached.
  • Verify tests the link at any time.

Update the PrestaShop module

When a newer version exists, the connection shows Update available or the “Module update available” banner. Click Download update, install it on your store from the module manager, then click Verify.
