What is an AI credit?
AI credits pay for your agents’ work on your product pages: collecting data, structuring it, writing. Every paid plan includes a volume of credits each month.
How many credits does a product page cost?
A complete product page for one channel and one language costs about 10 credits. A full web enrichment costs at most 14 credits per product, refunded if the product cannot be identified. Each extra language costs two thirds of the first.
What happens when my credits run out?
You add credits one by one: €0.02 per credit on Core, €0.015 on Scale, €0.01 on Enterprise. Purchased credits stay valid for 12 months.
How much does the yearly plan cost?
Yearly gives you two months free: Core comes to €79 a month (€948 a year), Scale to €199 a month (€2,388 a year).
What does the Free plan include?
100 AI credits offered at signup, up to 500 active SKUs and one store, for one user. Offered credits stay valid for 30 days. Connecting a store, importing a file and creating a channel earn up to 200 more.
What happens to my data if I stop?
For 30 days after your subscription ends, your catalog stays readable and exportable. It is deleted after 90 days.
