Marcus is your team’s data manager: he is the one you talk to, and the only agent that changes your data. Tell him the outcome you need: he looks through your catalog, picks his tools and reports back to you.
He handles imports, reading and bulk editing the catalog, channels and their templates, master data and exports. For analysis, enrichment and writing, he hands over to Clara, Lily and Max, and coordinates their work.
As you work together, he remembers your activity, your preferences and the rules you set him, and uses them with every new request.

Do I need to learn special commands?
No. Write as you would to a colleague: the outcome you need, the target channel, the scope. When he is missing a detail, Marcus asks you.
Can he change my products without asking me?
He changes your data when you ask him to. Before any deletion, he asks for your permission, and no enrichment or generation starts until you click Run.
What does he remember about me?
Your activity, the way you work and your rules. Everything is visible in the agent settings, and every update to his memory waits for your approval.
Can my colleagues see my conversations?
No: your history is personal. Team rules, on the other hand, apply to every member of the organization.
Which files can I attach?
Spreadsheets (.csv, .xls, .xlsx), PDFs and images (.png, .jpg, .webp), up to 5 files per message.
