Publish to your channels

Every channel gets
the page it requires.

Your store, your marketplaces, your resellers’ files, your PDF catalogs: each channel has its own fields, categories and lengths. Upsellr writes one page per channel from the same master data, then publishes or exports it in the right format, after your approval.

01The starting point

The same page,
copied into every tool.

The same page is re-entered in the store’s back office, in a marketplace’s file, in a reseller’s spreadsheet. Each channel has its own fields and limits, and the slightest correction has to be repeated everywhere.

  • One entry per channelThe same page is copied into every tool, each with its own fields.
  • Pages that don’t go throughOne empty required field or a title that’s too long, and the page is refused.
  • Channels that drift apartA correction made here never reaches over there.

02How it works

You ask. The agents take care of it.

  1. 01One master dataThe single source for each product.
  2. 02One page per channelWritten in the channel’s fields, categories and lengths.
  3. 03Your approvalNothing goes out without you.
  4. 04Published or exportedTo the connected store, as Excel, CSV or PDF.

04What makes the difference

One source, all your channels.

  • Your store, published directly.

Shopify and PrestaShop are connected: approved pages go back to the store, language by language, straight into their category.

  • A file for all the others.

Marketplaces, resellers: each channel exports to Excel or CSV, with columns in its template’s order.

  • What’s ready, channel by channel.

Each channel has its completeness column in your catalog: you see what can go out, and what’s blocking.

05Results to document

What you’ll be able to measure.

  • Time to put a new product online across all your channels
  • Number of channels kept up to date
  • Share of complete pages, by channel

Your questions.
Practical answers.

What you need to know before your first request.

Which channels can I feed?

Your Shopify or PrestaShop store and your Akeneo PIM, connected directly; any other channel as an Excel or CSV file; your catalogs and sheets as PDF. Connections to WooCommerce, Magento and the marketplaces are coming soon.

Are the pages the same on every channel?

No. They start from the same master data, but each channel gets a page written for it: its fields, categories, lengths, language and tone.
