From the supplier’s PDF to a catalog in your colors.

Extract the products from a catalog
Each page is read the way you read it: tables, boxes, references. Upsellr pulls out the products, their brand, their references (EAN, SKU, manufacturer reference) and their variants, up to 100 MB per file.

When you drop the file, you choose: references only, for free, or technical specifications as well, paid in AI credits. Partly read pages are flagged to you.

Keep only what matters to you
Before the import, filter the extracted products on brand, a reference or any field, or ask Marcus to keep only some pages.

The catalog stays a source
Each product keeps the link to the pages it came from: Lily re-reads them to complete its master data, its single source of data. Max then writes your channels’ pages from it.

Export a laid-out catalog
From the Scale plan: cover, table of contents, category openers, 1, 2, 4 or 6 products per page, variant tables and comparison pages, with your logo, your fonts and your color.

Questions about PDF import and export.
Which PDFs can I import?
Your suppliers’ catalogs and price lists, up to 100 MB. AI reads each page as an image: tables, boxes and layout are understood, not just the text.
How much does extracting a catalog cost?
Extracting the references is free. Technical specifications on top are paid in AI credits.
Are variants recognized?
Yes. A product that comes in several versions arrives as a parent product with its variants and their axes, for example size or color.
Are the PDF’s images retrieved?
Not yet. Lily looks for each product’s images from its references, while enriching its master data.
Can I import only part of the catalog?
Yes. Filter the extracted products on brand, a reference or any field, or ask Marcus to keep only some pages.
Is PDF export included in my plan?
Importing PDF catalogs is included in every plan. Exporting PDF catalogs is available from the Scale plan.
What does an exported PDF catalog contain?
A cover, a table of contents, category openers, your products at 1, 2, 4 or 6 per page, their variant tables and comparison pages. Page size, margins, fonts, color and logo are set in the template editor.
In which language is the catalog exported?
In the exported channel’s language, with its translated labels. A catalog can hold up to 5,000 products, or be split into one PDF per product.
