Retrieve your data and switch provider

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, free of charge, and leave Upsellr for another tool while keeping everything that is useful to you.

Export it yourself

• Your product pages per channel: in Products, click Export, choose the channel, then File. The formats offered are .xlsx, .csv and .json. The export includes the channel’s fields and those of the master data.
• Your original files: in Sources, each file’s menu offers Download again.
• Through the API: on the Enterprise plan, the public API gives access to the master data, products, sources and workflows.

A product without a page generated on a channel does not appear in that channel’s export.

During read-only and archiving

While read-only, export remains open on a self-service basis. Once the workspace is archived, the Download my products (.csv) button provides one file per channel and the product reference data. The details of the deadlines are in failed payment.

Switch provider

1. Make your request in writing through contact us.
2. The notice period never exceeds 2 months.
3. A transition period of at most 30 days follows the notice. Upsellr continues to provide the service and helps you export and transfer your data.

Unless otherwise stated, the contract ends at the close of the transition. For an annual subscription, the remaining months of commitment remain due.

What you can retrieve

Product data and master data, generated content per channel and per language, channel configuration, custom fields and column mappings, uploaded files in their original format, product media, workflow configuration, the agents’ validated rules, reports and credit usage history.

Good to know

• The credentials for connecting to your stores and your PIM are never returned: regenerate them in the systems concerned.
• Upsellr’s internal tools (how the agents work, search indexes, its own reference data) are not part of the export.
• Export and switching provider with the standard tools are free. Only a transformation into another tool’s format may be subject to a quote.
• A Free account inactive for more than 12 months may be closed, after 30 days’ notice by email.
