Buy credits and turn on auto-refill
Add credits to your balance by pack or by a free amount, and let Upsellr top up when the balance runs low.
On paid plans, you can add credits to your balance at any time, or let Upsellr top up automatically. Only the organization’s owner can buy.
Buy credits
- Open Billing, then the AI credits card.
- Click Buy credits.
- Choose a pack, or a free Credit amount.
- Click Continue to payment. The secure payment portal opens in a new tab.
Once the payment is approved, the message “Credits added to your balance.” appears.

The free amount moves in steps of 1,000 credits, up to 200,000. It starts at €20 on Core, €30 on Scale and €50 on Enterprise. Beyond the cap, click Request a quote.
Turn on auto-refill
- In the AI credits card, turn on the Auto-refill switch. The setting is also in the credit purchase window.
- Fill in When the balance drops below, Refill up to and Maximum spend per month.
- Click Save. You thereby authorize a charge to your payment method each time the balance drops below the threshold.
The target balance must be higher than the threshold, and the monthly cap must cover at least one top-up.
Good to know
- Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months. They are used after the credits included in the subscription.
- The Free plan does not allow buying credits: move to a paid plan first.
- When the monthly top-up cap is reached, the processing that consumes credits is paused until you decide. The low-balance alert stays active.
- After a failed payment, purchases are frozen until the payment is settled. See failed payment.
- Admins and members can see the Billing screen, but only the owner can buy.
