Finding your way around the app
What the sidebar, the Settings menu and the account menu contain, and where to find each screen.
The app fits into a sidebar on the left and a conversation panel with Marcus. Here is where each screen lives.
The sidebar
- New task opens a full-page conversation with Marcus.
- Products opens the grid of your catalog.
- Discussions lists your conversations, most recent first. Show more expands the list, and the + button opens a New discussion. A dot on a row means an agent is working in it or waiting for your answer.
- Settings, collapsed by default, groups the configuration: Channels, Master data, Sources, Connectors and Agent (Marcus’s skills, memory and rules).
- Onboarding shows the first steps as long as they are not all done.
- Activity, at the bottom, shows the tasks in progress. See follow activity.
The conversation panel
On every page, the conversation with Marcus stays open in a column next to the screen. The Collapse panel icon folds it away.
The account menu
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar:
- My Account: your Profile, Security and Organization sections.
- Help center: the help built into the app.
- Languages: the interface language.
- Organizations: click an organization to switch to it.
- Manage: the organization’s settings, General, Members, API & webhooks and Billing.
- Sign out.
Good to know
- The Report a bug button, next to your account, only appears when a conversation is open. See report a problem.
- During the guided demonstration, the sidebar is reduced to New task, Products, Discussions and your account.
- Your conversation history is personal: your colleagues do not see your conversations.
