Marcus, Clara, Lily and Max: who does what

Upsellr relies on four specialized AI agents. You talk to Marcus, who calls on the others when it helps.

Marcus, data manager

Marcus is your default contact, and the only agent who changes your data. He handles imports, reading and bulk edits of the catalog, channels and their templates, the master data, exports and the rules you set for him. He is also the only one who looks at the images you attach.

For enrichment and generation, Marcus prepares a workflow and presents it to you with its estimated cost. He never launches it himself: you are the one who clicks Run.

Clara, analysis and audit

Clara observes, analyzes and recommends, without ever changing anything. She analyzes a website, a page or a brand from a web address, and produces statistics on your catalog, your tasks and your credits. She returns a structured report with her sources. Lily, enrichment

Lily only enriches the master data of your products: EAN, brand, technical specifications, images and documents. She searches the web, identifies images and documents, reads them, then aggregates what she found.

Max, generation

Max writes, from the master data, the content of each channel: title, descriptions, FAQ, SEO, category, and the translations. He always works for a specific channel.

Good to know

• You cannot chat directly with Lily or Max: they carry out the steps of the workflows Marcus prepares. Mentioning @Lily or @Max in a message does not change who you are talking to.
• A request such as “collect, then generate” chains the two: Lily enriches the master data, then Max writes the channel’s product pages.
• The agents do not disclose the AI models they use: that information is internal to Upsellr.
