Manage your discussions
Find, rename, pin, archive or permanently delete a conversation with Marcus.
Every conversation with Marcus stays in your history. You can rename it, pin it or delete it.
Find a conversation
- The Discussions section of the sidebar shows your recent conversations. Show more expands the rest.
- In the header of the conversation panel, History lists all your conversations, and New conversation opens a fresh one.
- In a long conversation, Load older messages shows the beginning. Back to unread messages and Scroll to bottom move you around the thread.
Rename, pin, delete
Open a conversation’s menu, from its row in Discussions or from its title:
- Edit title: 40 characters at most. If you do not choose a title, Upsellr gives it one automatically.
- Pin keeps it at the top of the list. Unpin puts it back in its place.
- Delete conversation opens the Delete thread window.
Archive or delete permanently
In the Delete thread window:
- By default, the Archive button removes the conversation from your list without erasing it.
- To erase it, tick Delete permanently (cannot be undone), then click Delete permanently.
Good to know
- Your history is personal and specific to each organization: your colleagues do not see your conversations, and you do not see theirs.
- Pins are personal.
- Deleting a conversation does not undo anything that was done in it: the products imported, enriched or generated stay in your catalog.
- To copy a message, use Copy message. Send again sends one of your messages again as is.
