Follow progress and stop a task
Read Marcus's plan, see his reasoning, and stop a reply, a plan or a processing run in progress.
While he works, Marcus shows what he is doing. You can stop him at any time.
The plan
For a request with at least four distinct goals, Marcus first shows a Working plan. The “X of Y done” counter tracks progress, and each step has a status: Pending, In progress, Done or Skipped.
- Collapse plan folds it, Show plan opens it again.
- Stop plan interrupts the remaining steps.
For a simpler request, Marcus does the work directly and reports back at the end.
The reasoning
While he works, lines such as “Reading your catalog” show what he is doing. Once the reply is delivered, View reasoning expands the steps he followed.
Stop
- A reply in progress: the send button becomes Stop. Click it.
- A workflow in progress: its card shows “Step i/n”, a tally of products succeeded, skipped and failed, and a Stop button. You can also write “stop” to Marcus.
- A background task: open Activity in the sidebar. See follow activity.
Good to know
- If Marcus stops before the end, the plan says so: “The agent stopped before finishing.” Ask him to resume, and he will finish the remaining steps.
- When a processing run finishes, a notification announces it, for example “All done, I processed 12 products.”
