Export products

Export a channel's product pages as a file or publish them to the store, choose the fields and save an export preset.

Export delivers a channel’s generated product pages: as a file, or directly to your connected store. It consumes no credits.

Launch an export

In Products, click Export. With no selection, the whole view shown is exported. With products ticked, only the selection goes out.
Channel: choose the channel to export.
Output: choose File, in .xlsx, .csv, .json or .pdf format, or Publish to the shop.
Fields: check the exported fields, which come from the channel and the master data.
Launch the export, then click Download when the file is ready.

Drag a field to change the order. This order also applies to the channel’s template and to the grid columns.
Export the whole group in one column brings a group’s fields together.
One column per item splits a list into numbered columns.
Export preset: Save as preset keeps your settings to reuse them.

Only the pages generated on this channel are exported, whether they are to validate, validated or already published.
A page that is “Invalidated”, failed or completed with image errors is left out.
If no product has been generated yet, Upsellr shows “No product in this scope has been generated for a channel yet. Run a generation before exporting.”.

A channel whose setup is not finished (“Setup unfinished”) or whose template is empty (“Empty template”) cannot be exported.
Publish to the shop only acts on the ticked products and requires a store connected to the channel.
A selection is limited to 500 products. Beyond that, export a whole view.
