Create and manage views

A view saves a way of looking at the grid: the columns shown, sorts, filters and grouping. You switch from one view to another with the toolbar tabs.

System views

Upsellr creates these views for you, under System views. They cannot be deleted.

• Master Data: only the master data columns, without the channels.
• One view per channel, with its logo: the image, the name and that channel’s columns.
• Analytics: the image, the name and the completeness bars (master data and each channel).

Create your view

1. Open the Views menu.
2. Click New blank view, or Save current state as view to keep the layout on screen.
3. Name the view.

Your views are stored under My views. Search views finds a view by its name.

Save a changed layout

When you change the layout, a Layout not saved banner appears. Click Save as view to keep it, or Reset to go back to the original view.

Organize your views

In each view’s menu:

• Rename and Delete.
• Customize icon: choose an Icon and a Color, or go back to the Default icon.
• Favorite.

Drag a view to change its order.

Tabs

Open a view in a new tab keeps several views open side by side. Close tab removes it from the bar. The unsaved tab is called Default view.

Good to know

• Changes made in a system view are not kept after the page reloads. Save them as a view first.
• A view saves the layout, not the products: new products matching its filters appear in it on their own.
