Act on several products: bulk actions, tags and deletion
Select products to enrich, generate, change their status, export, tag or delete them.
Tick several products in the grid to act on all of them at once. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen with the number of products selected.
The selection bar
- Enrich and generate (⌘E): asks Marcus to enrich, then generate the selected products.
- More actions (⌘K) opens the rest:
- Enrich (E)
- Generate (G)
- Export (X)
- Change status: for the master data (Enriched, To validate, Validated, Invalidated) or for a channel (Generation to validate, Generation validated, Invalidated).
- Delete (D)
- The Deselect cross clears the selection.
Enrich or generate in bulk
Enrich and Generate do not launch anything on their own. They send the request to Marcus, who prepares a workflow and shows you the number of products and the estimated cost in credits. Nothing starts until you have clicked Run.
Tags
In the Tags column, Add a tag… applies an existing tag or creates a new one. The small x removes a tag from a product. Delete the tag removes it from every product that carries it, after confirmation; the products themselves are not touched.
Tags can then be used to filter the grid or to set up a view.
Delete products
- Select the products.
- More actions, then Delete.
- The Confirm deletion window lists the products concerned. Click Delete permanently.
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent: there is no undo and no trash. The values and generated content go with the product.
- Enrichment and generation consume credits; changing a status, exporting, tagging or deleting is free.
- For a bulk change of values, simply write to Marcus what you want to change and on which products.
