Follow, stop and relaunch a run
Read the progress, understand succeeded, skipped and failed, stop a job and relaunch the failed products.
After Run, the work continues in the background. You can leave the conversation and keep using Upsellr.
Read the progress
In the conversation, the run’s card shows the current step (“Step 1/2”, for example) and a tally:
- succeeded: products processed without a problem;
- skipped: products the step did not process;
- failed: products on which the step failed.
On it: I'm collecting the data of the 24 products, then I'll generate their pages for My shop.

The Activity menu, at the bottom of the sidebar, sums up the running tasks with their progress. Click See all activity for the full history. Each row offers Open in conversation, View the products and Mark as handled.
At the end, a notification lets you know, for example “All done, I processed 120 products.”.
Stop a run
- Click Stop on the run’s card.
- Or ask Marcus to stop the work in progress.
A workflow cannot be cancelled from the Activity menu: use the card or Marcus.
Insufficient credits
If your balance runs out, the run shows “You no longer have enough credit to run this action.”, with Buy credits or See the plans depending on your plan. See our plans.
Relaunch failed products
When products fail, the activity says so: “3 products failed: reply to Marcus to decide.”. To see which ones, click View failed products.
To relaunch them, write to Marcus “Relaunch the failed products”. He finds these products and proposes a new run that picks up at the step that failed. As always, nothing goes out before you click Run.
Good to know
- A product Lily cannot identify (“Product not identified”) is fully refunded.
- Only an owner or an admin can stop a task launched by someone else.
- A generation’s results are reviewed on the product page: see review and validate.
