Sign in to Upsellr

The “Sign in to your account” page accepts an email and a password, or a passkey. If two-factor authentication is turned on for your account, you are then asked for a code.

With an email and a password

1. Enter your email address and your password.
2. Click Sign in.

With a passkey

Click Continue with passkey and confirm with your device (fingerprint, face or code). Your browser may also offer the passkey as soon as you click in the email field. To create one, see secure your account.

With two-factor authentication

After your password, the “Two-factor authentication” screen asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Without your phone, click Use a backup code instead and enter one of the codes saved when you turned it on. Each backup code can only be used once.

Forgotten password

1. Click Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
3. Open the link received by email. It is valid for 1 hour.
4. On “Set new password”, enter it twice, then click Reset password.

For security reasons, the confirmation is the same whether or not the address has an account. If no email arrives, check the address you entered and your spam folder.

Verify your email

After an account is created, the “Check your email” screen asks you to click the link you received. The link is valid for 1 hour. Once the address is verified, the message “Your email has been verified” appears and you can sign in.

Good to know

• A password has at least 10 characters and at most 128.
• Access to Upsellr is by invitation from your organization. See members and roles.
• “Invalid link” on the reset page: the link has expired or has already been used. Request a new one with Forgot password?.
• An expired verification link cannot be resent from the page: contact us.
